Iowans Deserve Representation that Listens
Iowa has been known as a leader in Pre-K through 12th Grade education. Our state was seen as an example for other states. That isn't the case anymore. If we can stop Kim Reynolds and Pat Grassley from taking us further down this path, I believe we can still regain that position as a leader in education.
Local economies are vital for Iowa's prosperity. They sustain communities, create jobs, and foster entrepreneurship. Supporting local businesses strengthens the fabric of our state, driving innovation and preserving our unique identity. Investing in local economies cultivates resilience and ensures a vibrant future for Iowa's residents.
There is no life, liberty, or pursuit of happiness when Iowans are left to fear whether they can receive and afford proper care. Included in this is the mental health care system that has been defunded by years of Republican-led cuts. Additionally Governor Reynolds' efforts to resist Affordable Care Act provisions have cost Iowans millions. Our entire communities are happier and healthier when those around us can get the care they need.
